  •  It is the clients responsibility to read the booking and cancellation policy before making an appointment

 

  •  For all clients we require a 50% deposit at the time of  booking

 

  • It is the RESPONSIBILITY of the clients to attend the appointment ON TIME. If you arrived late this time will be deducted from the appointment duration.

 

  • The client is required to give 12hrs notice to cancel or amend an appointment. 

 

  • For cancellation within 12hrs of the appointment the deposit will NOT be refunded.

 

  • Failure to give the required notice of cancellation or failure to attend an appointment and the client will be liable to pay the full amount of the booking
